The crew of this sailing vessel didn't seem to mind the gusty winds Saturday afternoon. The boat was sailing off the beach at Sand Key just before sunset.
PINELLAS COUNTY - A small craft advisory continues through Sunday and Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Sustained winds around 20 knots are forecast. The NWS said seas would approach 7 feet 40 nautical miles out and exceed 7 feet out beyond 60 nautical miles.

On land, the weather is perfect for kite flying. Northeast winds 17 mph with gusts as high as 28 mph are forecast for Sunday. Gusty winds will continue from the east-northeast between 9 and 13 mph Monday.

Trick-or-treaters should beware as the moon is in a dark phase. Officials advise to take extra precautions when out and about, as motorists will not be able to see dark costumes.

The first day of November could be rainy. The NWS calls for a 30 percent of rain after 1 p.m., increasing to a 40 percent chance overnight.
