Friday Fresh Market
BELLEAIR – Friday Fresh Market in Belleair runs Nov. 2 through the end of March. This year the market will be open every Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will offer the freshest vegetables, fruit, flowers, herbs, fresh bread, sauces, prepared foods, unique gifts and other goodies. The Outdoor Café offers more choices than last year on opening day. The Belleair Garden Club will be giving out plants to the first 100 people. The market is located at 999 Indian Rocks Road. Dunedin Green Market
DUNEDIN – The Dunedin Green Market will be open every Friday and Saturday starting Nov. 2 for its 9th season. The Green Market offers a nice change from your average grocer. A wide variety of vendors will be selling items including: organic produce, cheeses, artisan bread, plants and herbs, local honey, all natural pet treats, pickles, Alaskan Salmon, Florida seafood, olive salad, pastries & orchids.

Opening day activities on Friday and Saturday will include free birthday cake celebrating are re-opening, free raffles hourly and live entertainment starting at 10:30 a.m. The market is located downtown Dunedin in Pioneer Park at the corners of Main Street and Douglas Avenue.

Alateen meetings for teens
CLEARWATER - Al-Anon for teens is offered Sundays, 10 a.m. at the Serenity Club, 631 Turner St., Clearwater. Al-Anon members who are interested in becoming an Alateen sponsor are also needed, and they must meet three requirements. They must have been in Al-Anon for three years and attend regular meetings. They must be at least 23 years old, and they must attend training with details of the WSO Safety and Behavioral Requirements. An Alateen sponsor is a trained AMIAS who facilitates the Alateen meeting. They do not sponsor Alateens. Only trained AMIAS’s are allowed in Alateen meetings. It is not open to adults.
