Hamlet

Starring Chris Jackson as Hamlet, New Stage Theatre and Conservatory’s production of one of theater’s most iconic works – “Hamlet” – will be presented through an adaption inspired from Laurence Olivier’s famous film, and will feature seven transformational actors.

Jorma Kaukonen

Kaukonen is an inventive player whether he is pickin’ the blues on guitar or singing a song. A pioneering architect of rock, he created psychedelic sound and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his days founding the band Jefferson Airplane.

Kaukonen is well known for his own music and is also one of the most respected interpreters of American roots music; his shows usually include songs from throughout history.

All of Kaukonen’s shows include Barry Mitterhoff on a variety of instruments although his primary instrument in the mandolin. Mitterhoff is fully adept at performing a multitude of musical styles on various stringed instruments, perfect for accompanying whatever songs Kaukonen pulls out of his hat, like this rendition of Barbeque King.

Erica DiCeglie and the Holy Jazz
