SEMINOLE – Liz Barlowe was recently elected to the board of directors of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
The organization is a nonprofit association representing more than 2,000 members nationally. It is governed by a 15-member board of directors. Barlowe will serve a two-year term, which began Jan. 1.
“NAPGCM is the gold standard of geriatric care management,” said Barlowe in a press release. “I am proud to be part of an association that defines excellence in my profession and is dedicated to education, collaboration and leadership. I look forward to working with the leaders of NAPGCM to meet the demands of the changing elder care environment.”
Barlowe has been a member of NAPGCM for 15 years and has practiced care management for 15 years in the Pinellas County.
