LARGO – Primary care physicians of Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group’s Largo facility recently achieved Patient Centered Medical Home Accreditation through the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
The physicians who participated in the NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation effort have been officially granted recognition as PCMH Level 2.
“I would hope everyone would extend a huge thanks to Mary Schneider who has worked tirelessly to help us accomplish this goal, assisted by Dr. Rick Timmons , Dr. Stephanie Fenlon, Joanne Talarico ARNP, and many others,” Mina L. Harkins, assistant vice president of recognition programs for the NCQA, said in a press release.
