ST. PETERSBURG – Northside Hospital recently appointed Jayme Chancellor as chief operating officer.
Chancellor has been with the HCA West Florida division in different capacities since 2005, including process improvement engineer and director of management engineering. Her most recent title was vice president of performance improvement.
“At Northside, we are constantly striving to bring experienced, talented professionals onboard, and this goal is reflected in the addition of Jayme to our senior leadership team,” said Dia Nichols, FACHE, in a press release. Nichols is president and CEO of Northside Hospital. “Her experience improving healthcare processes will be beneficial not only to our staff, but to the community at large as we continue to provide high-quality medical care.”
Chancellor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, and an MBA from the University of Tampa. She also holds a green belt in Six Sigma and is certified in Lean process improvement. Her first day at Northside was March 3. She is married with one child.
