Alzheimer’s Association Florida Gulf Coast Chapter recently announced new support groups in Pinellas for early stage diagnosed individuals and for caregivers coping with a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or related memory disorders.
Alzheimer’s Association support groups provide an opportunity for caregivers to meet other caregivers dealing with similar situations and to learn caregiving skills to make the day-to-day care easier in a safe and confidential place, which encourages self-expression.
