Plein artists and photographers are needed to participate in Paint and Photo 2014 Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 9-11, with a reception on Sunday, Oct. 12.
TARPON SPRINGS – The Friends of Brooker Creek Preserve have teamed up with the Tarpon Springs Art Association to host a plein air (on location) event, scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 9-11, with a reception on Sunday, Oct. 12.
Painters and photographers are being sought for the event.
Participants may work on any or all of these three days. All work must be done at the Brooker Creek Preserve, 3940 Keystone Road.
The preserve is an 8,500-acre pristine wilderness area that harbors native plants and animals just as it did before Europeans arrived here. The trails wander through a variety of habitats.
