Juggling the World by Cuban Artist Ernesto Piloto Marquez
ST. PETERSBURG - Galerķas Bohemia announces the opening of Reflections II, Power of Absolution, paintings by renowned Cuban artist Ernesto Piloto Marquez. This exhibit is inspired by Ernesto's reflection of life and the power of absolution.
In his own words, " ... The viewers of my art use their own life experiences and personal associations of these words, emotions, elements, and characters contained in each work of art to understand the meaning and create their own message. My art tends not to tell people what to think but simply ask them to pause and reflect on their own life; to help people look past themselves and see why we are drawn toward the things we become."
An opening reception is scheduled on Saturday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. RSVP to galerias@gbohemia.com.
During the reception Ernesto will discuss the inspirations and the reflections that have inspired his artworks.
The exhibit will close Dec. 1.
