Beach Art Center presents fall exhibition

INDIAN ROCKS BEACH – The fall exhibition season will open with a free public reception on Oct. 19, 6 to 8 p.m., at the Beach Art Center, 1515 Bay Palm Blvd.
First Fall 2012: Select Group Exhibition will run through Nov. 16. The exhibit will feature work from 17 artists in a variety of art media. The artists are leasing wall space as a contribution to the nonprofit visual art center.
Participating artists include George Trimitsis, Al Henss, Robin Borland, Gayani Leonard, Michael Cercone, Ralph Montgomery, Barbara Keast, Cheryl Jones, Roberta Romeo, Diana Council, Barbra Kuzin, Charlotte MacNally, Diane O’Neill, Barbie Schultz, Ada Tracy and Cynthia Vaughan.
The Beach Art Center is a nonprofit visual arts organization providing studio art classes, exhibitions, special events and receptions to the citizens of west central Pinellas County and the beach communities. Regular hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to noon.
