DUNEDIN - Painted Fish Gallery joins other downtown Dunedin merchants in hosting an Open House Friday, Dec. 6, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. with festive refreshments, artist demonstrations and music.
Guest artist Cheryl McIntosh of Bubbles Beads is a lampwork bead-maker who will show how she makes glass bead jewelry. Calligrapher Linda Renc invites visitors to bring their own wine or champagne bottle which she will personalize with a holiday inscription.
An old-time Christmas music jam with fiddlers and folk musicians starts at 2 p.m. and goes until dark in Oak Tree Park on the Pinellas Trail (just north of Main). Other musicians will stroll downtown offering holiday music and songs. All events are free and open to the public.
