Armed Forces Military Museum
LARGO - Located off Ulmerton Road between Belcher and Starkey roads at 2050 34th Way N., the museum is dedicated to preserving America’s military history and educating current and future generations about the sacrifices made to ensure freedom. | Artists Gallery Royale
ST. PETERSBURG - More than 50 members of the St. Petersburg Cooperative exhibit their work in the 1,600-square-foot gallery. A wide variety of art is represented, including painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry, glasswork and ceramics. Each month a featured artist is showcased in the front exhibit room. Exhibit openings coincide with the monthly Gallery Walk of the Downtown Arts Association. The gallery stays open until 9 p.m. on second Saturdays, offering food, refreshments, live music and art demonstrations on the sidewalk.
