The April 6 Sundays in Belleair concert features a tribute to Billy Joel by 52nd Street.
BELLEAIR – As part of the Sundays in Belleair concert series, the Belleair Parks and Recreation Department and MaintenX International will present 52nd Street, a tribute to Billy Joel; and Captain Fantastic, a tribute to Elton John, on Sunday, April 6, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Dimmitt Community Center, 918 Osceola Road.

This installment of Sundays in Belleair will feature two distinct performances. Attendees will enjoy the music of Billy Joel, performed by 52nd Street. Also on the bill will be Captain Fantastic and the Rocketband playing the music of Elton John.
Captain Fantastic and 52nd Street have performed nationally at venues such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Caesars Palace and Harrah’s. Concertgoers can expect to hear songs such as “Big Shot,” “Movin’ Out,” “Piano Man,” “She’s Got a Way” and “Uptown Girl” from Billy Joel’s extensive song inventory. Captain Fantastic will deliver Elton John hits such as “Pinball Wizard,” “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,” “Levon,” “Rocketman” and “Crocodile Rock.”
The man behind the tributes – Walt Wise – heads up Walt Wise Productions, an entrepreneurial venture that creates custom entertainment packages for a variety of clients and events. Walt Wise acts have shared the stage with such names as The Beach Boys, The Commodores, The Oak Ridge Boys, Bo Diddly, Micky Dolenz of The Monkees, Styx and Lionel Ritchie. In addition, Walt Wise Productions offers studio projects, working on everything from coming up with commercial jingles to voiceovers and artist releases.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Attendees are welcome to bring blankets, sheets, towels, chairs, small strollers, personal umbrellas, binoculars and personal recording devices.
Items that will not be permitted at the festival include outside food or beverage (including alcohol), coolers, animals with the exception of service animals, weapons of any kind, fireworks or explosives of any kind, large backpacks, glass containers, aerosol cans, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or any motorized vehicle, professional recording equipment, air horns, gas canisters of any size, megaphones, portable laser equipment, laser pointers, strobe lights, illegal drugs, narcotics or drug paraphernalia, unauthorized solicitation, handbills, giveaways, sampling, large strollers, pop-up tents and large beach umbrellas.
