ST. PETERSBURG - All Florida dates for the Bruce Springsteen Tour have now been rescheduled.  The new date for the Tampa show, originally scheduled for Monday, April 21 at the St. Pete Times Forum is now Tuesday, April 22.

Additionally, shows initially postponed in Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale have been rescheduled as follows: the new date for the Orlando Show at the Amway Arena is Wednesday, April 23; and the new date for the Ft. Lauderdale show at the BankAtlantic Center is Friday, May 2.

The dates were rescheduled in respect for the untimely death of original E-Street Band keyboardist, Danny Federici.  More information will be available at www.brucespringsteen.net.

Tickets originally purchased for Monday night’s concert will be honored at the show on Tuesday.

Tickets: Tickets for this event are on sale now at the McDonald’s Box Office at the St. Pete Times Forum and all Ticketmaster Outlets including Spec’s Music and FYE. Springsteen's 23rd album Magic was released Oct. 2, 2007 on Columbia Records and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart. Magic has been certified double Platinum.

This is Springsteen’s first studio recording with the E Street Band in five years. Produced and mixed by Brendan O'Brien, the album features 11 new Springsteen songs and was recorded at Southern Tracks Recording Studio in Atlanta, Ga.

Current E Street Band's members are Roy Bittan, keyboards; Clarence Clemons, saxophone, percussion; Charles Giordano, keyboards; Nils Lofgren, guitars; Patti Scialfa, vocals, guitar; Garry Tallent, bass; Steven Van Zandt, guitars; and Max Weinberg, drums.

Danny Federici, an original member of the E Street Band, had been taking leave of absence from the current Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band tour to pursue treatment for melanoma. Charles Giordano, who had been filling in for Federici played with Springsteen as a member of the Sessions Band. Federici has been playing keyboards with Springsteen since the late 60s.

"Danny is one of the pillars of our sound and has played beside me as a great friend for more than 40 years," Springsteen said.
