PALM HARBOR – The Witch’s Brew café and pub is one of the stops on the LA Woman Summer Tour with singer and songwriters Amanda Abizaid and Stephanie Erdel.

These LA Women are on a nationwide summer promoting the release of a compilation of all of Amanda Abizaid’s greatest songs and Stephanie Erdel’s new EP “Stephanie At The Park” co-produced with Peter DiStefano (Porno For Pyros).  They will be at The Witch’s Brew on Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 7 to 10 p.m.

The first leg of the tour began in New York City on Aug. 4 and will conclude on Aug. 28 in Phoenix, Ariz.. Leg 2 will commence Sept. 9 with a solo performance by Abizaid and solo performance by Erdel Sept. 13 in Los Angeles. The complete listing dates for Leg 2 TBA.

Amanda Abizaid is known for her vocal performance on the theme song for the hit TV series “4400.” Abizaid’s voice has also been featured on TV’s “Charmed” & “Smallville.” Her most recent release “The Grand Plan Vol. II” is available online and in retail stores across America. Abizaid has recorded two EP's, one LP and a single to date and is featured on Paramount’s “The 4400” soundtrack CD and “Females on Fire” CD compilation.

Stephanie Erdel’s launch into her recording career commenced shortly after the fatal 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center where she lost her boyfriend and nearly escaped with her own life. Following the debut of her first album “Running From Fear” Erdel was featured on Entertainment Tonight. Throughout the course of her recording career Erdel has released two LPs and two EPs. Her most recent recordings “Stephanie At The Park” (May 2009) were co-produced with guitarist and producer Peter DiStefano of Porno for Pyros.

At The Witch’s Brew, Abizaid and Erdel will perform on featured songs in each other’s acts; Abizaid adding her ethereal vocals to Erdel’s alto melodies and Erdel strumming her gritty guitar to Abizaid’s keyboard based performances.

Abizaid and Erdel will document their tour in photos, new cowritten songs, blogs, and pod casts through facebook and twitter.
