Tickets sales begin Aug. 27 to new line-up of LCC shows

LARGO - Tickets to upcoming shows featuring a variety of top-name musical performers coming to Largo Cultural Center Oct. 7-Feb. 14 will be available to the public on Monday, Aug. 27, 10 a.m.

Tickets will be available at the Box Office, call 727-587-6793 or visit www.largoarts.com. Box office hours are: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.m to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tickets will be available to the following shows.

Ambrosia - Sunday, Oct. 7, at 7:30 p.m.

Ambrosia's music ranges from progressive to experimental and the harmonies are magnificently intermingled. Some of their top hits are "Holdin' on to Yesterday," "You're the Only Woman," and "Biggest Part of Me."

VIP tickets are $32; advance tickets are $29; $32 day of show.

Rick Derringer - Thursday, Oct. 18, at 7:30 p.m.

Young guitar great, vocalist and entertainer was just 17 when his band The McCoys recorded "Hang On Sloopy." Derringer appeared on numerous albums with artists such as Alice Cooper, Richie Havens, Todd Rundgren, and Steely Dan. Some of his hits include "Come On Let's Go," "Rock and Roll," "Hoochie Koo," and "Teenage Love Affair."

vIP tickets are $28; advance tickets are $25; $28 day of show.

The Kingston Trio Holiday Show - Thursday, Dec. 20, at 7:30 p.m.

The Kingston Trio_s trademark three-part harmony and clean, crisp sound keeps them touring. Some of the Kingston Trio's biggest hits include "Tom Dooley," "Where Have All the Flowers Gone," and "Goodnight Irene."

VIP tickets are $47; advance tickets are $44; $47 day of show.

Poco - Saturday, Jan. 5, at 8 p.m.

Poco, one of the first and longest-lasting country-rock groups. Poco has been making some of the fines, most uplifting music around for years.Some of their top hits inclued "One Tear at a Time," "Never Loved... Never Hurt Like This," and "Forever."

VIP tickets are $32; advance tickets are $29; $32 day of show.

Atlanta Rhythm Section - Friday, Jan. 18 at 8 p.m.

A major player in the Southern Rock scene for more than 30 years. Their biggest hits include "So Into You," 'Champagne Jam," "Imaginary Lover," and 'Spooky." This grammy-award winning band puts on a highly energized show.

VIP tickets are $32; advance tickets are $29; $32 day of show.

The Association - Thursday, Feb. 14, at 7:30 p.m.

The Association has been one of the shinning stars of California pop since the 60s, and they're still rockin'. Tight vocal harmonies are the trademark of their long string of hits, which includes: "Cherish," "Along Comes Mary," "Never My Love," and "Windy".

VIP tickets are $37; advance tickets are $34; $35 day of show.
