Bertie Higgins to perform at LCC

LARGO – Bertie Higgins, celebrated singer, songwriter and international recording star, will perform on Thursday, Oct. 12, 7:30 p.m., at the Largo Cultural Center.
Bringing their Trop Rock music to the stage, The Band of Pirates will join native Floridian Higgins as he sings story songs about living and loving in a tropical paradise. Higgins has toured extensively with the band, performing their collection of hits including “Key Largo,” “Casablanca,” “Just Another Day in Paradise” and “Pirates and Poets.”
A rock ’n’ roll Hall of Famer, Higgins has written music for David Letterman and Burt Reynolds. In addition to maintaining a rigorous touring schedule, Higgins and the Pirates have made numerous TV and Las Vegas appearances.
Tickets are $29 VIP, $26 advance, $29 day of show and $24 Star Series. Choose three (or more) Star Series Shows, and receive $2 off per show.
