REO Speedwagon and 38 Special coming to REH

CLEARWATER - Two classic rock bands perform live in concert on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 7:30 p.m., at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
Hailed as two of rock's greatest live bands, REO Speedwagon and 38 Special will bring back the memories with performances of "Riding the Storm Out," "Time For Me to Fly," "Keep On Loving You," "Roll With the Changes", "Hold On Loosely," "Caught Up In You," and more.
REO Speedwagon - Kevin Cronin (lead vocals, guitar). Bruce Hall (bass), Neal Doughty (keyboards), Dave Amato (lead guitar) and Bryan Hitt (drums) - are ready to roll into 2007 full throttla with their brand new album Find Your Way Home, the band's first studio collection of new material in more than a decade, according to the biography at www.speedwagon.com.
After more than two decades together, 38 Special - Don Barnes (lead vocals and guitar), Donnie Van Zant (vocals), Larry (LJ) Junstrom (bass ), Danny Chauncey (guitars, keyboards), Bobby Capps (keyboards) and Gary Moffatt (drums) - is still playing more than 100 shows per year, according to the opening statement on the band's Web site, www.38special.com.
