SAFETY HARBOR - Coconuts Comedy Club will emcee a 1960s styled rock concert featuring the Monday Monday Band in the Baranoff Theatre at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa in Safety Harbor on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 7 p.m.

Tickets may be reserved in advance for $10 each by calling the Coconuts Reservation Line at 727-360-5653 or they will be available at the door for $15.  There will be a two drink minimum for those attending the event. Pre-sale tickets are available at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa.

Monday Monday is a concert-quality musical group whose live appearances deliver a memorable world class sight and sound experience for all ages.

Their vocal harmony based songs from the late '60s and early '70s showcase The Mamas and The Papas' sure-fire hit tunes, including the song that inspired their group's name as well as other dynamic folk/pop/rock sounds that were pioneered by a creative new generation of musical artists.

The four talented artists who are the nucleus of Monday Monday have the ability to perform as either a straight acoustic vocal foursome or to accompany themselves on guitars, flute and percussion.  A sampling of their music is available at myspace/mondaymondayband.com with some free MP3 videos.

Safety Harbor Resort and Spa is Florida's only natural mineral spring spa and is a Florida Heritage Landmark that has welcomed spa vacationers for over 60 years.

The legendary mineral springs water was believed by native Americans, Spanish explorers and local residents to have healing powers.  The springs still flow today and are the source of water used in spa treatments, in the resort pools and offered as refreshment.

With a 50,000 square foot spa and fitness center, Safety Harbor Resort and Spa is also an attractive spa retreat for residents of the greater Tampa Bay area.
