Club hosts 66th annual shell show

SEMINOLE – The St. Petersburg Shell Club presents its 66th annual Shell Show, Seashore Delights, Saturday, Feb. 23, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 24, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Seminole Recreation Center, 9100 113th St. N., 1 mile north of Park Boulevard.
Featured are scientific categories with many seashells in exhibits from Florida and around the world. There will also be artistic categories with beautiful shell art and shell craft on display.
Many dealers at Seashore Delights will have a large variety of shells - common to rare and exotic from Florida and worldwide specimens for sale, as well as numerous shell-related items, including jewelry, books, floral arrangements, and other home décor. There will be door prizes every hour, a special Kid’s Corner, as well as shell-related raffle items.
Admission is $4, with children under age 15 admitted free with an adult.
