Gulfport hosts 14th annual Springfest

GULFPORT - The 14th annual Gulfport Springfest is Saturday, April 26, noon to 8 p.m., on the waterfront of Boca Ciega Bay.
The free festival includes plenty of fun, live entertainment, plus a variety of arts and crafts and food vendors. Beach Boulevard will be closed to all but pedestrian traffic throughout the day.
Entertainment will take place of three stages.
The main stage, at the corner of Beach Boulevard and Shore Drive, directly in front of the landmark Gulfport Casino. will feature Southern Jamm, noon to 2 p.m.;The Hawks 2 to 4 p.m.; Karmic Tattoo, 4 to 6 p.m.; and the Rock-n-Chair Band, 6 to 8 p.m.
Free parking is available in and around downtown and the City’s historic district. The trolley will offer free rides, giving access to more remote parking locations.
