Garden Stroll set for May 4

ST. PETERSBURG - A much-loved rite of spring, the Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood Association Garden Stroll, Enchanted Gardens, returns to St. Petersburg on Sunday, May 4, noon to 4 p.m.

Visitors will have a rare opportunity to wander through a diverse selection of private gardens featuring lush landscape designs, native and exotic plants, creative patio designs, and unique water features and garden accessories. Ticket prices are: $10 advance, $15 day of the event. The ticket price includes admission to Sunken Gardens, a 4-acre botanical garden at 1825 Fourth St. N., on the day of the stroll. Bill O’Grady, Supervisor of Educational Programming at Sunken Gardens will be at one of the private gardens to answer Florida gardening questions.

Advance tickets can be redeemed and day of the event tickets may be purchased at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 126 11th Ave. N.E. For more information, including a list of where to purchase advance tickets, call 727-825-0479 or www.honna.org.
