Vinoy Park goes Caribbean June 14-15

ST. PETERSBURG – Feel like a trip to the islands this weekend? Then head over to Vinoy Park for the Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival.
Enjoy a celebration of dance, arts, colorful costumes and island food from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on June 14-15 at Vinoy Park, Bayshore Drive and Seventh Avenue N.E. A variety of music will fill the air, including steel drums, Calypso, salsa, reggae and more.

Friday’s featured performers include Ivy Queen and Collie Budz, plus Impluse Band, Latin League, Jourmberie, New Generator Steel, Power Stars, Spirit of Steel and Tamboo Bamboo.
Saturday features Bungi Garlin & the Asylum Band, Fay Ann Lyons, Hunter, Leon Coldero & Code 868, Tony Wylie & Island and more.
