CLEARWATER – Together, the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce and Ruth Eckerd Hall host the 23rd Annual A Taste of Clearwater Thursday, Oct. 11, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
The event will host over 25 area restaurants, local businesses and community partners.
“A Taste of Clearwater is a local tradition that pays homage to area restaurants and gives the community the opportunity to try local cuisine,” said Bob Clifford, president and CEO of Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce.
In keeping with the spirit of bringing the community together to celebrate the local restaurants and chefs, the Chamber is inviting all restaurants throughout Pinellas County to participate in A Taste of Clearwater.”
In addition to the usual festivities, there will be a VIP area located on the actual performance stage in Ruth Eckerd Hall’s auditorium. The auditorium will play host to the “Clearwater Cook-Off Challenge.” This live cooking competition will encompass skill, speed and creativity as chefs from four area restaurants will go head-to-head in this battle for Clearwater bragging rights. This highly-anticipated competition shows off the chef’s culinary talent and ingenuity.
