LARGO - Eight O'Clock Theatre will present "Six Guns and Sasparilla" from Thursday, July 6, through Sunday, July 23, at the Largo Cultural Center. Evening performances will be Thursday through Saturday, 8 p.m.; matinees on Sundays, 2 p.m.

This musical extravaganza, directed by Jason Fortner, is based on the traditions of the wild, wild west. Set in Vulture Gulch, the show features innocent school marms, dastardly villains, handsome heroes, clumsy sidekicks, wily prospectors and a cast of colorful western characters. Thrill to the daring feats of heroism, hiss at the nefarious schemes hatched by the villain and join in for toe tappin' fun. The original script and score are by local writers Jason Fortner and Jason Tucker.

Tickets are $22 for adults, $20 for groups of 10 or more or $11 for students. Ticket price includes a $1 handling fee. Tickets are available at the box office or at www.ticketmaster.com.

Largo Cultural Center is at 105 Central Park Drive. Call 587-6793 or visit www.largoarts.com.
