TARPON SPRINGS - The final weekend of the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Festival features three unique shows featuring music and performance.
In the Cool of the Evening on Friday, July 25, 7:30 p.m. by VOICExperience features the music of Johnny Mercer and more. Listen to favorite tunes from Moon River to some of opera’s most well-known favorite melodies sung by these emerging artists are they prepare for the Savannah VOICE Festival, the home of Johnny Mercer.

Officials announce that Shakespeare's Lovers and Madmen, presented by the Semi-Royal Shakespeare Company, scheduled for July 25-27, at Heritage Museum, has been canceled.

In A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Duke Theseus declares, “Lovers and madmen have such seething brains, such shaping fantasies, that apprehend More than cool reason ever apprehends.” The Semi-Royal Shakespeare Company presents lovers and madmen such as King Lear, Richard III, Lady Macbeth, Hamlet, Petruchio, Katharina, Rosalind, Touchstone, the merry wives of Windsor, Hermia, Helena, Demetrius, and Lysander.
