ST. PETERSBURG - The L Train Theatre Lounge presents a new and exciting comedy, opening Thursday, Oct. 4. See You Next Tuesday is the newest play in a string of hits by local actor and hit playwright Joseph Alan Johnson.
The play runs through Saturday, Oct. 20, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays, 7:30 p.m. with a 3 p.m. matinee on Sunday, Oct. 21.
Tickets are $20. Pay what you can Industry Night is on Wednesday, Oct. 3.
Joseph Alan Johnson, whose recent plays, Green Card Wedding Bridesmaid, Cellmate Confessions and Gay/Sex Life were critical and artistic success, displays his latest work, See You Next Tuesday at the intimate L Train Theatre Lounge in downtown St. Pete. Johnson, a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, has been a performer and director in Tampa Bay for the past 11 years.
This hilarious farce centers on the foils and foibles of two Hollywood has-beens who are reunited at a run-down dinner theatre. The back-stabbing and sexy interludes will both touch your heart strings and nerves, leaving you laughing and wanting more.
The cast features Dottie Hershman, Joseph Alan Johnson, Steve Bell, Domenic Medina and Karleigh Chase.
