Detective Dinner Theater extends ‘Poison Lounge’

BELLEAIR – The Detective Dinner Theater will extend its run of “The Poison Lounge!” through Dec. 29, at the Belleview Biltmore Resort and Spa.
Performances are Saturdays, 7:30 p.m., with doors open at 7.
“The Poison Lounge!”, written, directed and produced by Charla Garrison, centers on the murder of the lounge’s new landlord Carmine. It seems that everyone has a motive to want Carmine dead, and it will be up to the guests to solve the crime. Suspects include Jack, the host and all-around handyman; Bitsy, the cigarette girl; Poison , the headliner and proprietor; Desiree, Poison’s sister; and Frankie, Desiree’s ex-boyfriend.
Cost is $49.95 a person plus tax. Price includes a four-course meal, gratuity for the meal and the show. Reservations are required.
