CLEARWATER - The Early Bird Dinner Theatre is celebrating its 25th anniversary in the bay area with a new comedy, A Bedfull of Foreigners by Dave Freeman, playing Nov. 4 through Dec. 23.
This classic farce is set in a French village near the German border on the eve of a local festival. When English couple Stanley and Brenda obtain a room for the night they consider themselves lucky … but not for long. Stanley finds himself lowering an attractive girl stark naked from their window.
Almost everyone is in the wrong bed as characters dressed as nuns and monks rush in and out. Seductions and confrontations run rampant.
“Side splitting farce that has delighted audiences around the world” - The Oxfordshire Ledger.
The cast includes their full ensemble including the hilarious Barbara Anthony and is directed by their own Toby Manion.
The Early Bird Dinner Theatre is located at the Italian American Club, 200 South McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater.
