BELLEAIR Members of the Belleair Country Club played Texas Scramble to benefit Rally for a Cure on March 2. This was the seventh annual event to benefit for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
The event started with a Continental breakfast, followed by a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Following play, lunch was served and the awards made. A style show was presented during lunch by Beautiful Transitions a boutique featuring wigs, mastectomy needs and ladies apparel.
There were 100 players for the event. Those with 60 scores were ranked by match of cards.
