Run to benefit Miracle League TREASURE ISLAND – The Gulf Beaches Rotary Club plans its sixth annual Trever Miller Mob 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, April 19 along Paradise Boulevard in Treasure Island. The 5K race starts at 8 a.m. and the 1-mile race at 9 a.m.
Proceeds will benefit the Miracle League, a baseball league for children with disabilities that is operated by the Rotary Club. The run is named after Miller, a former Rays relief pitcher who has a daughter who was born with a disability.

Race to benefit kidney transplants CLEARWATER – The second annual 10K and 5K race to benefit the Southeast Kidney Transplant Fund is set for Saturday, April 19, with 7 a.m. registration and an 8 a.m. race start time at Del Oro Park, 401 McMullen Booth Road. Awards and a raffle will follow the race. Cost is $25 per person for the 10K and 5K race, and $8 for the Kids Run. Registration includes race T-shirt, raffle ticket and post race celebration. Hog Hustle 5K Run DUNEDIN - Hog Hustle 5K Run is Saturday, May 10, 8 a.m. start, at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium in Dunedin. The course follows a scenic route along Edgewater Drive, through historic downtown and begins and ends at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium.
