ST. PETE BEACH – The St. Pete Beach Aquatic Center, 7701 Boca Ciega Drive, is offering swimming classes for all ages through the American Red Cross. From infants six months of age to seniors, classes will teach proper technique and tips for safety in any water environment.
Classes are held Monday through Thursday and run in two-week sessions of 30-minute classes. Classes are available morning and evening to fit every schedule. Specialized aquatic fitness class
ST. PETE BEACH – The St. Pete Beach Aquatic Center is offering a specialized aquatic fitness class for those who are movement impaired. Suggested participants are those with multiple sclerosis, arthritis or other neuromuscular issues and the class will concentrate on range of motion, balance issues and muscle strengthening.
