Archery for Kidz SEMINOLE Archery for Kidz is offered at the Seminole Recreation Center. The cost of the class is $20 per four-week session and the class is continuous throughout the year. Participants ages 8 to 10 will meet from 4 to 4:45 p.m. and those 10 to 14 from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. The class is taught by a certified archery instructor with 22 years of experience. Instructions will include the proper techniques of shooting a bow, stance and target sight. Call 391-8345.

USCG Auxiliary teaches boater safety ST. PETERSBURG - Several Boating Skills and Seamanship Programs will be offered by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary on Tuesdays, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The program satisfies the state boater safety education requirements. Pilates BELLEAIR Certified pilates instructor and personal trainer Sue Riley offers group reformer classes and one-on-one training sessions upstairs at the Dimmitt Community Center, 918 Osceola Road. Group reformer classes are Mondays at 9 a.m., Tuesdays at 6 p.m., and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pilates strengthens abdominals, stretches tight muscles and tones the whole body. Pilates classes TREASURE ISLAND The city of Treasure Island is offering Restore The Core exercise classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on the beach at the Treasure Island Beach Access, Gulf Boulevard and 104th Avenue. Classes will be in the Community Center Garden Room in the event of inclement weather. Restore the Core is mat pilates that targets muscles in moms of all ages. Wheelchair tennis clinics CLEARWATER Brooks Rehabilitation has partnered with Clearwaters Therapeutic Recreation department to form a wheelchair tennis clinic on Fridays, 5 to 6:45 p.m., at Henry L. McMullen Tennis Complex, 100 Edenville Ave., Clearwater. These clinics are free to anyone who wants to participate, and they are aimed to provide qualified wheelchair tennis instruction without being expensive. These sports also are for those who have a loss of function in one or both lower extremities. People who use power wheelchairs also can participate. Chair yoga DUNEDIN The Hale Activity Center introduces chair yoga sessions for seniors to help restore and maintain strength, flexibility and range of motion. The group will do yoga moves from a chair instead of a mat. Register at the Hale Activity Center, 330 Douglas Ave., Dunedin. Classes are held in four-week sessions on each Thursday of the month, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monthly cost is $22 for Dunedin residents and $33 for nonresidents. The next class begins May 7.
