Women take honors at senior games in Kentucky

CLEARWATER – The Golden Girls of Clearwater’s Sunrise Table Tennis Club kept their title as “Nations Best Table Tennis Players” by winning in every competition they entered at the 2007 National Senior Games in Louisville, Ky.

Their wins, along with the wins of members Jose Borges, Nancy Dorsey, Ralph Gragg, and Al Palumbo made the tennis club the “Nation’s Reigning Table Tennis Club.”

The tennis club is a nonprofit in partnership with the city of Clearwater.
