Many Pinellas County government offices will close on Monday, Feb. 17, for in-service training day. Here is a list of the closings offices that will be open for business.
The courts of the Sixth Judicial Circuit (Pinellas and Pasco) will be in session and operating under normal operating hours.
Pinellas County’s Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller’s office will be open. This includes recording and official records, passports, marriage licenses, traffic court, finance division and all Courthouse locations for court filings.
The Florida Botanical Gardens, county parks and county preserves will be open regular hours.
The Environmental Education Center at Brooker Creek Preserve, the Cultural and Natural History Center at Weedon Island Preserve and Heritage Village will be closed.
The Solid Waste Administration Building and HEC3 will be closed. The scalehouse/landfill will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The administrative offices of Parks and Conservation Resources will be closed. Beach and boat ramp passes will only be for sale at Fort De Soto Park.
The offices and adoption center at Pinellas County Animal Services will be closed.
Pinellas County facilities will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
