The Humane Society of Pinellas is now accepting registrations for summer camp. Three different day camps are available, with fun-filled and age-appropriate lessons for kids and teens going into fifth through 10th grades. The camps will feature presentations from local professionals, crafts and activities.
ē Fifth- and sixth-graders will attend Junior Caretaker Camp, June 9-13. They will learn to care for animals and why animals are important.
ē Seventh- and eighth-graders will attend Animal Explorer Camp, June 23-27, where they will learn to align their choices with their values and how animals and humans share the world together.
ē Ninth- and 10th-graders will attend Animal Career Camp, July 7-11, and will learn about a different animal-related career each day.
