Animobile heading to Dunedin PINELLAS COUNTY - The Animobile, a state-of-the-art mobile surgical unit staffed with skilled and experienced veterinarians and veterinary technicians, will set up in Dunedin at the Martin Luther King Recreation Center, 550 Laura Lane, on July 21 and 22.
People who receive public assistance may have their pet spayed or neutered at no charge. Space is limited and appointments must be made by calling 582-2600. Pet owners needing a rabies vaccination and license may purchase one at the Animobile from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., with no appointment necessary.
SPCA seeks vendors for Pet Walk PINELLAS COUNTY – The SPCA is seeking vendors interested in supporting homeless animals and exhibiting products and services to pet lovers at the 15th Annual SPCA Pet Walk on Saturday, Oct. 29, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Vendors are encouraged to register for a booth to reach more than 2,000 pet walkers in a single day at this crowd-drawing event. Stage events will be hosted by official radio sponsor WQYK’s Rita Ciccarello. The St. Petersburg Times, the Pet Walk newspaper sponsor, will host an adoptable pet parade.
