LARGO - Take advantage of fall adoptions at Pinellas County Animal Services through the end of September. As part of the fall special, the adoption fee for dogs will be reduced to $25 during normal shelter adoption hours.
The fee includes medical checkup, spaying/neutering, vaccinations, internal and external parasite control and microchipping. The required Pinellas County license is also provided.
“This is the place to come and adopt your new furry best friend,” said Maureen Freaney, director of Pinellas County Animal Services. “We have many great adoptable dogs waiting for their forever home.”
A seasonal spike in dogs is behind the special, as Pinellas County Animal Services really wants to get the animals out to loving homes.
Pinellas County Animal Services is located at 12450 Ulmerton Road in Largo.
