Sometimes referred to as “devil cat,” Miss Chatty is right in character for Halloween.
Her owners, Margaret Eastman and Fredy Clavijo of North Redington Beach, insist that Miss Chatty loves dressing up in most any kind of costume, however she rebuffs all other four-legged creatures.
October’s most adorable pet photo will won a $20 gift card from Petsmart.
