Halina Davis and her second grade class show off some of the 930 items collected by the school for the Humane Society of Pinellas.
SEMINOLE Ė Blessed Sacrament School had its annual St. Francis collection for the Humane Society of Pinellas.
The school collected 930 items and $176. Some of the items gathered included 212 towels, 81 sheets, 20 bottles of bleach, 47 rolls of paper towels, 40 cat and dog toys, 33 pet food bowls and 128 containers of cat and dog food.
The items will help the Humane Society in its care of animals rescued after Hurricane Katrina.
