A happy customer

Although I enjoy the convenience of online shopping, nothing is an adequate substitue for personal service, and I received just that in spades recently. I took two jewelry pieces into Bond Jewelers, Seminole Mall for an estimate on repairs. Neither job was ordinary or easy.

This was a very busy day, just before Christmas, about noon. Three hours later, Diane, the manager phoned to tell me I could pick up my ring and bracelet! I had mentioned and sort of hoped against hope to have these two favorite items back before too long, and with a sigh and an apology, thinking maybe, just maybe sooner rather than later.

Everyone in the shop was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The on-site jeweler certainly knows his stuff too. So hats off to a local business with a very happy local customer!
