Editor: I’ve been reading about this situation for about a week now. There are two sides to every story. Granted, the neighbors are complaining about the noise and stuff.
But the law states that no person shall keep more than five domestic animals at one time. In the Hogans’ home you have Terry; his wife, Linda; daughter, Brooke, and son, Nick. Four persons times five equal 20 animals. They even got a domestic fowl permit for Lily in 2000. So I say the town is wrong because of what the law states. Also because they have a permit for Lily. So, long live Lily.
