Editor: Watching these two conventions, one thing is apparent to this gleeful white man’s eyes: cultural (demographic) diversity.
The RNC is largely white men; angry white men.
The DNC is diversity; upbeat, smiling, African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, Asian-Americans, women, gays, straights, young, middle aged and old.
The DNC is far more representative of the current American stew than is the RNC.
The angry white men are rebelling against their impending loss of majority status. When counted as one, the diversity in the DNC already makes angry white men a minority.
Imperiled, angry and fighting to hold on to their vanishing dominance.
