Editor: As a usually-Republican voter, I am astonished to read Attorney General Pam Bondi’s remark at the meeting where Ann Romney spoke in Largo.
She denied that Republicans have taken off against women in a very big way with suddenly a whole lot of legislation. She says she’s sickened by the reports.
Sickeningly, those bills are for real, Pam.
Plenty were passed, too, as I count them.
Most other Republican women are also blissfully unaware. Young Republicans have no clue what life-changing legislation their lives will be up against. Maybe if they read the Republican platform all the way through, beyond the first feel-good words?
Wake up, ladies. Choose your vote carefully or you will soon be fitted for chastity belts.
