TAMPA – Seven-year-old Ruby Sayre will be featured on more than 85 million ADVO “Have You Seen Me?” missing child cards, which are being distributed nationwide by the U.S. Postal Service.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and local Florida authorities requested that Ruby, missing for more than two years, be featured on a national mailing. The cards being distributed feature an age-progressed photo of Ruby Sayre, and a photo of Bianka Salazar, the woman she was last seen with.
“Americans, please take a closer look,” said Vince Giuliano, senior vice president, government relations for ADVO. “Pictures are the most important tool for law enforcement to find our nation’s missing children. With America’s help, we have great hope that Ruby can be recovered and returned to her family.”
ADVO launched the “America’s Looking For Its Missing Children” program, in partnership with the Center For Missing and Exploited Children and the U.S. Postal Service in 1985. To date, 136 children have been safely recovered and returned home to their families.
