Condo Alliance formed for St. Petersburg and Clearwater

CLEARWATER – An alliance of property management companies has been formed to promote the condominium vacation experience in the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Area.

The mission of the Condo Alliance of Florida’s Beach is to provide leadership in marketing and to increase and enhance the image of its member properties located in the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area. It will further ensure the satisfaction of guests, increase year-round occupancy, and promote tourism to the destination. The marketing theme will be promoted as a “Condocation Experience.”

Monthly meetings are held with 14 property management company executives. At the December meeting, the organization was formed by the election of officers for 2007.

The officers are President Holly Swendson, J C R Resort Management; Vice President Steven Rodriguez, Condos by Sirata, and Secretary Colleen McLachlan, Liberte Resort Management.

The Condo Alliance of Florida’s Beach is open to vacation rental managers of companies actively engaged in short-term vacation rentals with either single family homes or condominiums who abide by the laws and statutes of Pinellas County and the State of Florida.
