CLEARWATER - The Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration will conduct a public meeting to solicit comments on the efforts of the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization Wednesday, Feb. 13, 4 p.m., in the Planning Department’s conference room on the first floor at 310 Court St. in Clearwater.

Citizen comments and questions about the federal transportation planning process and the plans, programs, and activities of the MPO will be addressed as part of the Federal Certification Review process. Public participation and feedback are welcomed. Comments can also be submitted online at www.pinellascounty.org/mpo/forms/mpo-certification.htm
The certification review process is intended to ensure that federal planning requirements are being satisfactorily implemented. The process is also an opportunity to provide advice and guidance to the MPO.
