PINELLAS COUNTY – Members of WellCare Health Plans Inc. Select and Access health care plans in Pinellas and Pasco counties will receive 20 hot meals a month beginning April 1, under a new partnership with Neighborly Care Network, provider of Meals on Wheels.
Representatives of the two organizations joined forces on March 22 to distribute meals at 15 sites in Pinellas County as part of the Meals on Wheels Association of America “March for Meals” campaign. They were joined by the mayors of 10 county cities who helped their communities by delivering meals and participating in other awareness activities.
