Utilities Call Center expands hours

CLEARWATER - Pinellas County Utilities Customer Service Call Center is continuing extended hours of operation through Friday, May 16.
The call center has continued to receive a high volume of customer call activity, due in part to the switch to new computer software. To help reduce customer wait times, the call center will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily through May 16.
Additionally, the Utilities Customer Service Cashier’s office, located at 14 South Fort Harrison Ave, in Clearwater, is temporarily expanding its hours of operation. Customer Service representatives will be available to receive customers’ payments from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., starting Monday May 12, through Friday, May 16.
