Property Appraiser’s branch office closes

ST. PETERSBURG - The Pinellas County Property Appraiser's St. Petersburg branch office, located at 501 1st Ave North, will close on Thursday, July 31.
The office was opened in December of 2005 as a way to make Property Appraiser customer service more convenient for citizens in the southeastern section of the county. The closing is a result of recent budget cuts. Associates who reported to that office will relocate to the remaining branch offices. At this time, there are no other office closures expected.
Four property appraiser’s office will remain open. Two are located in Clearwater, one in Largo and one in St. Petersburg. The offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
